What to Expect During Your Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection

Owners of buildings with fire sprinkler systems are required to maintain those systems so that they will operate in the event of a fire. Many jurisdictions utilize NFPA 25 ‘’ as the basis of what they require for a compliant and properly maintained fire sprinkler system. This course will focus on the annual fire sprinkler inspection and testing requirements and what a building owner should expect when the service provider arrives to deliver this service. The presenter will also discuss some deficiencies commonly found during the annual visit and how those deficiencies may impact the proper function of the fire sprinkler system.
