A smoke control system is intended to control the movement of air in a building and is part of the life safety systems present in the event of a fire. This course will discuss the code requirements, design and tenability requirements necessary to complete a Smoke Control Rational Analysis study. The presenter will also cover Smoke Control Special Inspection requirements and common errors found, as well as maintenance responsibilities when putting the system into service.
