Introduction to High Pile Storage Requirements

With the creation of enhanced storage methods comes the need to increase fire protection for occupancies with high piled storage. This webinar is an overview of the hazards associated with high-piled combustible storage. It will familiarize attendees with the International Fire Code (IFC) requirements and specifically some of the provisions of Chapter 32. Commodity classification, aisle requirements, access doors and other features will be reviewed. Participants will gain an understanding of the basic high pile storage requirements as well as what factors make these requirements applicable.
