This course discusses advanced fire alarm system applications based on NFPA 72 ‘National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code’. This includes system installations utilizing air sampling detection as well as video and flame detection. The presenter will also cover applications when fire alarm systems are used as releasing panels to control other fire protection systems such as preaction, deluge and dry chemical suppression.
