NFPA 25, Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems, is one of the most misunderstood and misapplied standards in use today. “The fire marshal in my area wants sprinkler spacing deficiencies reported on my inspection reports.” Sound familiar?
